Treatment Philosophy
The best interest of the patient is our primary concern. We believe that you and your condition are unique, and your treatment plan should be too. We offer a variety of adjustment techniques, modalities, and rehab exercises to get you feeling better fast. As each patient’s pain and conditions vary, different combinations of treatments may be recommended. Under our care, patients' conditions will either improve or resolve to their satisfaction or be referred to other healthcare providers deemed appropriate for their condition. We at NOVA Spine & Rehab Center take a different approach. We believe this approach provides the best quality care to our patients.
New Patients in Falls Church
Here at Nova Spine & Rehab, we value our patients. We acknowledge that going to a new place for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to do everything we can to eliminate any unnecessary stressors, which is why we include the option of printing and completing your forms at home. We think of our patients as part of our extended family, and we are excited to meet you!

Scheduled Appointments
We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other patients and doctors on time. If a patient is 15 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.
Cancellation/No Show Policy For Doctor Appointment
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another patient from getting much-needed treatment. Conversely, the situation may arise where another patient fails to cancel, and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance you will be charged a sixty dollar ($60) fee.
Treatment Costs
NOVA Spine & Rehab Center offers several services for treatment. Please contact the office for service and pricing information. In addition to billing the patient's insurance, NOVA Spine & Rehab Center offers reasonable rates for those patients without insurance or who have another insurance plan not accepted by our office.
