Dr. Mike is amazing! I came in with severe pain in my lower back after having my third child. Dr. Mike took the time and listened and created a care plan that wasn't just going to put a on a band aid but to actually help improve my situation. Even though the beginning of the care plan was a commitment, it was worth it. Now I can pick up my kids, sleep at night, and my overall health is much better. Now my husband and all 3 of my young kids come in for care. The staff is amazing and all the additional touches besides the actual hands on adjustment makes the entire experience worth it. This office is very professional, I never had rehab done before, and the first 2-3 weeks I felt brand new. I’ve been powerlifting for 10 years and recently my lower back had a deep pain. I called and the doc and he told me to come in for an evaluation (X-ray) which was only like $47-53. This place is very fair and they really care about your progress. I definitely recommend this place!
I am very happy to have found this place. I have suffered for 5 months from plantar fasciitis. I have spent a lot on medicine, insoles, shoes which have helped me with the momentary pain. I have not been able to work my shifts, I felt depressed, bad and in too much pain, but thanks to Dr. Mike in Nova Spine and Rehab I feel better, the pain is decreasing and the incredible thing is that it is my 3rd day. I recommend them and the staff is also very friendly.
I had severe pain in my neck due to an old whiplash which causes flair ups once every few years. Michael took X-rays and did his magic and I got back to normal. Now I come in whenever I feel tightness in my neck and he makes adjustments releasing pressure.
Dr. Armellino has been so incredibly helpful. Not only is his staff, professional and kind, but you can tell they really care about you. Additionally, their are a ton of different ways Dr. Mike uses treatments to ensure you get the care that works best for you. When I first started going I was in pain 6 out of 7 days of the week and did not have a lot of mobility. I’m now in pain maybe 1 or 2 days a week, and we’re only halfway through my treatment plan. I also as an added benefit have found my mobility has increased. I also have seen a huge decrease in the severity/length of menstrual cramps since getting my back adjusted
I have been suffering from a pinched nerve in my back for many years. Dr Mike took an xray and evaluated the situation. His chiropractic plan included pt, cold laser, electro stim and massage gun therapy. I cant believe how effective the cold laser treatment is. I felt immediate relief. Just a fter the first session i felt that the cold laser gave me at least 50% improvement in the pain i had been dealing with. I continue to improve. I definitely recommend trying it.

I love this place! I came to them having a lot of pain up and down my left leg. I had ACL surgery done a couple of years prior. I also had some scar tissue that needed to be broken up. With the help of the office and Dr. Mike, I no longer have pain raidiating up and down my leg. Dr. Mike has also helped break up my scar tissue. I notice a clear difference from a pain standpoint. I am very appreciative of this office and Dr. Mike.

What kind of training does a Chiropractor have?
Chiropractic doctors go through a minimum of four years of schooling at a chiropractic college, generally preceded by an undergraduate degree in the basic sciences or several years of experience in a prior relevant health care field.
Students of chiropractic care must spend a minimum of at least 4,200 hours with their teacher, and a minimum of 1,000 hours of fully supervised clinical training with an instructor as they learn the appropriate diagnosis and treatment techniques to help heal your body and restore it to its natural, fully functioning state.
